    tawwwaaa.. cukup banyak hal positip yg dilakukan di smester awal tahun ini. mengesankan!!!

    ternyata diluar dugaan eike, bu ErTe kita ini super sibuk. mulai dari persiapan kuliah, ngeblog, nulis, posting2 email, sampe program diet.. ckk..ck.ckk..
    yaaahh semoga di smester berikutnya semakin banyak hal-hal positip yang dilakukan..

    oia, kalo saya kayaknya ada beberapa target yang sdh tercapai, salah satunya nabung. karena dari dulu2 mi pengen skali nabung. tapi baru bisa tercapai akhir-akhir ini. secara tagihan2 bulanan sdh berkurang.. tapi yang blum tercapai, kayaknya lebih banya.. salah satunya pengen nikah.. tapi blum pi ada yang datang ngelamar.. :)

  4. Sa ndak tau resolusi ato bukan, yang jelas celanaku yang bisa di pake sekarang tinggal 2 :D celana pendek sisa 2 juga. Yang lainnya sudah tidak bisa di kancing =))

  6. Eh, aku mo ngasih tips solusi diet ampuh nih :

    1. Kalo mo makan, makannya setengah aja dari porsi yang disajiin.
    2. STOP makan apapun diatas pukul 7 malem. Dengan cara ini ndak akan ada makanan yg ngendap dalam perut sepanjang malam.
    3. Kalo bisa banyak2in minum air putih min 8 gelas/hari, lebih banyak lebih baik.
    4. Banyak2in makan makanan berkarbohidrat tinggi, makan buah2an, sayur2an ijo, n so on.
    5. Banyak2in jalan-jalan kaki juga, ato ikutan senam.

    Hmm.. yaa segitu aja deh tipsna.. hehe.. tips yg sama juga dipraktekkin sama ibuku.. :D Lumayan sukses tho…
